You previously advised that "detailed information and guidance on designing and specifying low carbon cooling systems for developments has been produced by the GLA and London Southbank University and this will be available from the GLA in Autumn 2011'. This now seems to be overdue. Can I please have a copy of this guidance?

Has the second phase of the report you commissioned to assess CO2 savings and low/zero carbon measures secured through the GLA's planning process been published? You originally said this would be published in early 2010. If not, can you please explain why it has not yet been published and advise when it will be?
