A constituent has asked me to raise why it appears TfL has a policy to routinely release the names of victims of fatal road collisions when a bicycle is involved, but to adopt the opposite policy of refusing to release similar information relating to pedestrians when a fatal road collision involves a TfL Bus. Will you undertake to review this policy and ensure that there is consistency in providing information to the public?
