  • Meeting date: 22 June 2016
In light of TfL having confirmed that traffic levels in outer London have risen over the last two years and are forecast to continue rising, will you support the provision of an additional access road from the Cane Hill Development (sited on GLA land) to the A23? The current status quo (of only one ingress and one exit serving the estate via the town centre) is inadequate and will only exacerbate the existing severe traffic problems in Coulsdon Town Centre and the surrounding roads.
