What assessment has the Mayor made of the Government's announcement on the devolution of the Work & Health programme as part of the Autumn statement, and does he consider that funding arrangements are sufficiently devolved to ensure London is able to best make the right decisions without DWP interference?

Given that the review identified the high cost of infrastructure acting as a detrimental factor in securing affordable housing because of the high costs of development, will the Mayor offer assurances that he will do his best to minimise the construction costs of the HS2 station box, ensuring that even if this is a temporary terminus before connecting to Euston, grand designs do not exclude the next generation of Londoners potentially finding a home within the OPDC area?

Given the findings of the OPDC Review commissioned by the Mayor, what assurances can he offer that the removal of Wormwood Scrubs from the Development Corporation's footprint will not prevent greater permeability to this important green space for future residents, given the clearly documented health benefits of good access to public open space?

In June 2016 Mike Brown said, "We will be paying close attention to any changes to the occurrence and severity of collisions - involving all road users - in the immediate vicinity of segregated Cycle Superhighways, and will take swift remedial action if necessary". Have there been any changes and has any remedial action been taken?

In June 2016 Mike Brown said, "We routinely monitor the collision reduction performance of new infrastructure on the TLRN to ensure that scheme safety objectives are being met". Can you update me on how recently installed infrastructure is performing and whether you have had to retrofit anything to make it safer?

In June 2016 Mike Brown said, "We are keen to understand how we can better attract these younger groups into training. We are therefore trialling and funding educational initiatives with this market in mind". In June 2016 Mike Brown said, "We have commissioned the Transport Research Laboratory to carry out a study investigating hospital data that has then been linked to Stats 19 casualty data. When this study is complete in August this year, we will be able to assess whether this hospital data can further our understanding of motorcycle collisions". Will you publish the study? What changes have TfL made as a result of this study?
