In answer to Question 2016/3560 you stated "I am committed to ensuring that no more of Londoner's taxes that I control will go to the Garden Bridge." How can this statement be squared with the correspondence from the freedom of information request MGLA160916 - 6318, answered on the 3rd March 2017, where it is stated that TfL has spent £185,879.20 with Gowling WLG on external legal costs since May 2016?

Publication of collision data for taxis and private hire vehicles.

Section 6.13 of the London Plan states that all developments in all parts of London must ensure that 1 in 5 spaces provide an electrical charging point in order to encourage the uptake of electric vehicles. How is the implementation of this policy being monitored and enforced, and what is the estimated number of increased electric charging points that this policy has delivered?
