In your response to Question 2017/0468 you committed TfL to publish 'in the future' the data it receives as a founding member of Imperial College's International Bus Benchmarking Group in an 'anonymised form so that London's performance can be compared with other cities.' Since TfL has been regularly receiving this benchmarking data as an International Bus Benchmarking Group member since 2004, what reason can you provide for TfL delaying publishing all earlier benchmarking data from 2004 to 2016 'in an anonymised form,'?
