I informed you in May 2016 with question 2016/1598 that key workers were suffering due to the long Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) waiting list. A constituent who is a qualified midwife has been waiting over four months to work because of these delays. What are you doing to ensure that we do not have vital key workers waiting this length of time?
