In response to question 2018/0013 you said that "all boroughs in London have now been assigned two Dedicated Ward Officers (DWOs) per ward," but also outlined reasons for possible vacancies and temporary reassignment of these officers within the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). How many wards in each borough or Basic Command Unit (BCU) currently have at least two assigned DWOs actively in post? Please provide your answer in table format.

Lack of vision for a car-free city centre in 2041

Cycle Superhighway 5 (CS5) delayed

In your response to my question 2018/0364 you said: "My draft Transport Strategy does not contain a commitment to extend CS5 through Peckham before 2022." However, on page four of the Transport for London (TfL) Strategic Cycling Analysis (SCA) of June 2017, a map shows this route being extended through Peckham during the current business plan period. Could you explain why your determination to complete this route appears to have waned over the nine months since the SCA was published?

In your Transport Strategy, I acknowledge that you have set a target to cut total London traffic by 2041 but I am disappointed you have not set any interim targets. In future Transport for London (TfL) business plans, will you include interim targets, monitor progress towards these targets, and include specific targets for central, inner and outer London?
