Page 229 of your Draft Transport Strategy says 'land to enable an extension of the Elizabeth Line was safeguarded in the Crossrail Bill. An extension could support 55,000 new homes.' What does 'safeguarded' mean in this context and how much land was safeguarded? What is the location of the land which was safeguarded?
