The European Parliament has now supported Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) for new vehicles from 2022. Will you therefore bring forward work with Transport for London (TfL) and across the GLA portfolio to adopt mandatory ISA in your own fleet procurement programme, service procurement throughout London and in taxis and private hire by this date? And will you also encourage London boroughs to do the same for the vehicles and services that they procure?
