FOI - London Nightlife Taskforce [Mar 2026]

Key information

Request reference number: MGLA020326-5271

Date of response:

Summary of request

The GLA’s Nightlife Taskforce met from 02/02/25 onwards and published its final report in early 2026. The terms of reference lists a significant number of meetings of the task force and its subgroups and a significant amount of evidence that would be gathered and shared.
The minutes of only 2 meetings are available on the GLA website and none of the papers shared with the Taskforce, including the evidence on which the report is based, appear to have been published.
We are making an FOI request for the following:

  1. The agendas and minutes for all meetings of the Nightlife Taskforce, including any supporting documents
  2. Presentation material and data presented to or shared with members of the taskforce, whether or not this is listed or used in the final report

Our response

  • All minutes of the Nightlife Taskforce have now been uploaded to the website: London Nightlife Taskforce | London City Hall
  • Agendas are attached – please note there was no agenda issued for the meeting on 23 July 2025.
  • Meetings were mostly discussion-based rather than presentations, as reflected in the minutes.
  • The GLA does not hold a copy of any presentations that were delivered by speakers.
  • All data presented to or shared with the Taskforce is included in Annex A of the London Nightlife Taskforce Report. This is available on the website of the London Nightlife Taskforce here London Nightlife Taskforce_Annexes_26 August 2025_designed.docx
