Old Oak Neighbourhood Area and Forum
Old Oak Neighbourhood Area
On 30 November 2021, OPDC designated an amended Old Oak Neighbourhood Area. Public consultation on the Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum’s proposal to extend the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area took place from 13 September and 25 October 2021. Consultation materials can be viewed on our consultation platform.
The designated amended Old Oak Neighbourhood Area is different to the extension applied for by the Forum. The amended area includes an additional area of the Lords Builders Merchants site and removes the western corner of Atlas Junction roundabout. The Old Oak Neighbourhood Area is the area for which a Neighbourhood Plan can be developed. Once adopted, a Neighbourhood Plan will contain policies that will be used to shape development within its area. We’ll be supporting the Forum in the development of the Neighbourhood Plan.
Information about the designation and reasons for amending the area are set out in the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area Amendment Decision Document. Further information is set out in:
