Old Oak Masterplan Framework

The Old Oak Masterplan Framework was endorsed by the OPDC Board in November 2025 – thank you to everyone who took the time to speak to us and input their ideas into the Framework.

The Masterplan Framework sets out our vision for the future of Old Oak and includes site-wide spatial principles and development parameters to ensure the coordinated delivery of future development proposals.

The Framework also includes an Illustrative Masterplan which shows how the vision and objectives for Old Oak could be realised to create an inclusive, sustainable and characterful place. 

The Masterplan Framework, endorsed by the OPDC board in November 2025, can be downloaded below.
