Description of development
The proposal is for the demolition of the existing building (known locally as the café, Beirut Nights) and the erection of a 162-bedroom hotel, with a height of between 11 storeys and 13 storeys. The proposal also includes a café at ground floor level and meeting facilities at first floor level. Along with the hotel bedrooms and front of house facilities, there is a fitness suite at eleventh floor level, cycle parking, internal servicing bay, bin stores, plant and public realm enhancements.
