OPDC’s Economic Vision for Old Oak and Park Royal sets out how the corporation will create an attractive destination for investment and inclusive growth.

Centred on the concept of industrial innovation, the Vision describes how OPDC can bring together research, technology, talent and enterprise to enable ideas and frontier innovation to be developed, tested, scaled and distributed. It builds on Old Oak’s future as a vibrant commercial district, a destination and its unique position adjacent to Park Royal, the UK’s largest industrial estate, which is home to large-scale production and a diverse range of sectors from food and film to high tech data centres and the creative industries.
