This event is organised by Friends of Minet Country Park, Hayes Sikh Community and Hillingdon Council
We will be enhancing Minet Park through a tree planting event, which will commemorate the 550th anniversary of Guru Nanak’s birth. It is hoped that students from the Guru Nanak Sikh Academy will participate during the day. Please come along to join in.

What to Bring
Bring appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather and digging in the soil. Some planting equipment, gloves and guidance will be provided.
Accessibility
On site car park. There are smooth paths and a Visitors' Centre with accessible toilet. Planting, however, will be in grassed areas.
Finding the Event
We will be beside the car park (off Springfield Road, Hayes UB4 0LL) and along the adjoining main East/West pathway across the park.
The site is a ten minute walk from buses on Uxbridge Road, Hayes Bridge (and walk south through park or along Springfield Road); or from Cold Harbour Lane, Hayes (along Avondale Drive and into park via subway under Hayes Bypass).
