Key information

Date: Thursday 04 July 2019

Time: 8:00am to 10:00am

Venue: OVE ARUP & PARTNERS, 13 FITZROY STREET, London, W1T 4BQ, GB

Cost: By invitation only: A request to attend can be sent to [email protected]

This roundtable breakfast event will bring together up to 20 participants from the investor community, development banks and the public and private sectors that are key thinkers in this space. It will be co-chaired by Nick Mabey, CEO, E3G and Will Cavendish, Digital Services Lead, ARUP.

The goal will be to create a new broader vision of what sustainable infrastructure is, what essential features such infrastructure should have and how that then impacts infrastructure regulation and investment at the national, European and global levels. The breakfast will also look at how the public investment community should alter its strategy to take into account new forms of infrastructure – whether digital platforms or natural ecosystems – and the risk of future stranded assets. The conclusions of this roundtable will feed into the E3G ‘Frontier Forums’ plenary session at the end of London Climate Action Week.

This is part of a series of events organised by E3G during London Climate Action Week. The breakfast will be held under the Chatham House rule.
