In order to respond to climate change and other environmental and social risks, organizations not only need to integrate sustainability into strategy and decision making, they also need to create a culture which supports those strategic goals to be embraced throughout the organization. The Prince’s Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) has worked with its CFO Leadership Network to develop guidance on how to drive the necessary cultural change to embed sustainability into finance.
This panel session will see members of our CFO Leadership Network and other senior finance professionals explain why and how they have embedded culture into the heart of their finance strategy. Open to all from the finance and accounting community, this session provides the opportunity to hear from peers on the steps they have taken and the guidance and tools they have used.
