In December 2016, the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, announced the new membership of the London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP).
It brings together the Mayor, London Councils and business leaders across the city’s key sectors.
The aim of the Partnership is to provide strategic oversight of the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone, the London Growth Hub and London’s European Structural and Investment Funds.
At a full meeting of the London Assembly tomorrow, Assembly Members will put questions to the LEAP.
The guests are:
- Jules Pipe, Deputy Mayor for Planning, Regeneration and Skills
- Rajesh Agrawal, Deputy Mayor for Business
- Fiona Fletcher-Smith, Executive Director - Development, Enterprise & Environment, Greater London Authority (GLA)
Following this, Assembly Members will submit motions on various topics.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 8 February from 10.00am in The Chamber at City Hall (The Queen’s Walk, London SE1).
Media and members of the public are invited to attend.
The meeting can also be viewed via webcast.
