Plusbus 812

To date, TfL has identified £60,000 from the Draft Urban Bus Challenge that has been used to match fund the running of Plusbus 812, a Hail and Ride service, used by older and disabled people in Islington, because, as I understand it, if this money is not found the service will come to an end 31 March 2008. Can you update me on the status of talks to continue the provision of the valuable service?

In view of the excellent settlement of an additional £50m from Central Government to Arts Council England (ACE) towards support of the arts, would the Mayor join me in expressing deep disappointment at the proposed reduction and cuts in funding to arts organisations throughout the capital? Would he further join me in pressing ACE to agree to interim funding for affected organisations while the recommendations of Sir Brian McMaster's report, "Supporting Excellence in the Arts: From Measurement to Judgement", are considered and debated?

According to his latest Decision List, the Mayor spent £245,000 on the recent 'Light Bulb Amnesty' (£118,000 by the GLA and £127,000 by TfL). How much money was spent on marketing and publicity, and how much was spent on the light bulbs themselves?
