What assessment has been made of the likely disruption to the London Bridge area of the development of the Shard of Glass, and how will this be mitigated? What arrangements have been made to co-ordinate this development with the 'Thameslink 2000' works, which will take place at the same time, so that disruption to the area will be minimised?

The latest edition of 'The Londoner' claims that 13,000 affordable homes were built in London in 2006/07. However, the Mayor subsequently revealed, in a press release on 7th February 2008, that the actual figure is just 9,209 affordable homes. Was it the Mayor's intention to deliberately mislead readers of 'The Londoner'? When can we expect a retraction or correction to be published?
