Money has been made available to prevent rat-running and speeding in residential side roads surrounding the North Circular Road at Bounds Green and Palmers Green. However, Enfield Council has been slow to develop such schemes. TfL has said previously that the money for such plans is secured. Can you guarantee this is still the case?

Money raised from the proposed emission-charge in Central London was to be ringfenced for cycling improvements, including cycle hire scheme and radial cycle super-highways. Since you have pledged during your campaign that no such charge would be introduced, how will you fund any cycling improvements, in particular the cycle hire scheme and cycle super-highways? Or do you propose not to support such initiatives?
