The Mayor and his advisors have often stressed the central importance of the Northern Line Extension for the regeneration of Vauxhall, Nine Elms Battersea (VNEB). Why then has VNEB been included in proposals for a Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy to raise money for Crossrail, when it had previously been excluded and did not have pass development contributions on to fund Crossrail?

According to a recent FOI, the new West Hampstead SNT base cost the taxpayer almost one million pounds, and yet an SNT policeman's role involves spending most of their time out on the beat. These spiralling SNT base costs work out, across Camden, at twenty three thousand pounds per officer. i) Will the Mayor agree to review these extortionate costs? ii) Should officers, instead, be attached to established police stations, in light of the fact that SNT bases are closed to the public?

In your answer to MQT 3933/2010 on how negotiations with the Train Operating Companies were going to extend the 24hr Freedom Pass to national rail services, you advised that ATOC had not yet responded to 'TfL's latest proposals'. What are TfL's latest proposals for extending the use and what indication did ATOC give you at your Rail Summit that TfL's proposals were realistic and achievable? When will you be receiving a formal response from ATOC?
