In your Violence Against Women Document 'The Way Forward' you say you will be cracking down on trafficking for prostitution ahead of the 2012 Games I absolutely welcome this but I am concerned that this focus is somewhat narrow. Evidence from other international sporting events shows that other kinds of Violence Against Women are likely to rise significantly during Games Time including incidents of domestic violence, intimate partner violence and violence on female athletes.
