Where did you obtain the figures (MQT response 374 / 2012) that nine accidents have led to drivers being prosecuted following 69 pedestrian fatalities from April 2006 to March 2011? You stated that these 'incidents are fully investigated by the bus operators involved and Metropolitan Police'. What investigations took place? Could we see the correspondence between TfL and the bus companies relating to the 69 fatal accidents since 2006?
