Homelessness budget

Last October you assured me that the full resources "devolved to the GLA by CLG [the Department of Communities and Local Government] expressly for the purpose of tackling homelessness and rough sleeping, will not be reallocated to other purposes". Yet your budget for 2012/13 refers to spending £21m over three years, which leaves £5.5m of devolved funds unaccounted for. Can you commit that you will in fact be spending £26.5m over the coming three years on alleviating homelessness and rough sleeping?
