London Borough Population Figures

Will you join in the demand that Government update population figures ahead of the 2013/14 financial settlement? Given that this will help to determine resources received by London you will I am sure agree that it is critical that under-counting be avoided if at all possible. To this end what resources will you, possibly in partnership with London Councils, be applying to ensure we get our population numbers right?

Air Quality in London

Does the mayor agree with Barry Gardiner MP who stated recently that the use of glue to artificially reduce particulates directly in front of official air quality monitors 'perpetrates a fraud on the public health'. If so, will he act to ensure that the practice is stopped and thereby increase transparency around the issue of the air pollution in London that causes the premature deaths of over 4000 Londoners a year?

Kings Cross Gyratory System

Will the Mayor outline the timetable for the Transport for London review of the King's Cross one way gyratory system, as announced earlier in January? Will he agree to fund this review as it affects Transport for London roads and impacts on one of the busiest parts of the road network in London, and will he agree to meet with residents to discuss the impact the gyratory has on their quality of life?
