In making your submission to the Planning Inspector on the North London Waste Plan, have you considered the views of local residents who are implacably opposed to the plan to locate a waste treatment plant at Pinkham Way because of the increased traffic, congestion and pollution?

In your submission on the North London Waste Plan to the Planning Inspector dated 15 May, you say that apart from a few technical issues, the NLWP is "in general conformity" with the London Plan.
