During the election campaign just passed, you expressed an enthusiasm for a number of transport projects, including a DLR extension to Bromley and Croydon tram extensions. Given that these seem to have your support while proposals already in the transport strategy do not, how are going to demonstrate a prioritisation based on value for money and contribution to the transport strategy, overridden as necessary by Mayoral fiat?

In your submission on the North London Waste Plan to the Planning Inspector dated 15 May, you say that apart from a few technical issues, the NLWP is "in general conformity" with the London Plan.
