City Hall cycle parking

City Hall staff has complained to me that the secure cycle parking supplied for them in the Loading Bay is inadequate. How many spaces are available for staff? What prospects are there for increasing this both permanently and during the 2012 Games when more staff may need to cycle to work? Shouldn't City Hall be leading by example in this regard?
