Can you tell me any occasions on which you personally discussed implementing the London Living Wage with the London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston, Lambeth, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond, Sutton, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth and Westminster, none of which have taken steps to implement the London Living Wage for their subcontracted workers seven years after the policy was launched?

If you are able to publish monthly comparable figures on the number of police officers by borough, why will you not also publish figures for the numbers of PCSOs, special constables and civilian staff?

Whitechapel escalators

The plans for escalators for the District Line platforms at Whitechapel station have been cancelled as the stairs have a 4.9m drop which is just short of the 5m standard for an escalator. Given that the lifts will have to be shared with the Crossrail platforms will you reinstate the plans for the escalator and ensure that this busy east London station is suitable for many decades to come?
