I have been contacted by a constituent who was charged £3.80 instead £3.70 for his Zone 1-2 extension ticket. In responding to him TfL stated that they automatically refunded passengers who had been overcharged. However they also stated that they did not automatically refund passengers who had purchased the over-priced ticket as an extension. Will you now ensure all these passengers are automatically refunded?

In your answer to MQT 1168/2012 you stated that you do not have a separate cost for the benches at Blackhorse Road Station. Could you tell me if it is standard TfL project management practice to not record the detailed costs and spending of the project? If it isn't will you explain why you cannot provide me with a cost for the new benches at Blackhorse Road Station?
