Fire brigade access to private roads

Do you agree with me that it is important that fire appliances are able to access homes on private roads? Residents of Primrose Close in Finchley have expressed concerns that the LFB would not be able to access their properties because planning permission was recently granted to an outbuilding that blocks access. What reassurance can you provide to the residents?

North London Business Park

The existing plans are controversial with nearby residents on a number of grounds, such as lack of local infrastructure, overdevelopment, lack of affordable housing and congestion.
