Virgin Trains has become the first UK Train Operating Company to publish up-to-date and comprehensive punctuality data on its services. The data is presented in chart form using use the industry standard right-time measure (where a train is only classed as on time if it arrives within 59 seconds of its scheduled arrival) and will be updated every four weeks. Do you have any plans to publish similar data for London Overground and TfL Rail services?
