Would the Mayor look into ensuring that TfL instructs the Council and/or developer to pilot the disposal of earth spoil, from the forthcoming major redevelopment of Chelsea football ground Stamford Bridge, via the River Thames, rather than clogging up our roads with additional truck movements? Would this be an opportunity to show the Mayor's green credentials?
