The vast majority of these will be placed in temporary accommodation, the costs of which have risen by 43% for boroughs over the last five years. How can the GLA assist boroughs in exploring alternative models for temporary accommodation in the face of unsustainable cost and growing demand, as the London Borough of Lewisham have at PLACE/Ladywell?
