In December 2009 the consultation on the heritage route 9 said, "They operate in order to give residents and visitors to London the opportunity to travel on a routemaster bus in regular service… [They] are not needed to provide capacity on the network". Is this still the view of TfL?

A University of Surrey study has recommended that exposure to pollutants might be reduced by increasing the trains and buses frequency, especially during peak hours. Do you agree with this recommendation and what action are you taking to increase the frequency of services?

According to figures provided by TfL you will be spending slightly less than your predecessor on cycling in 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 and substantially more in 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22. Can you explain why spending has been re-phased from the first three years to the last three years?
