On 11 September 2017, the Z/Yen global financial centres index (GFCI) published their latest study, ranking 92 global financial centres on factors such as access to high-quality staff and infrastructure. New York City was 24 points behind London, representing the biggest gap between the two centres since the survey began in 2007. London remains the world's top finance centre, ahead of both New York City and Hong Kong, defying 'Project Fear' predictions that financiers would lose confidence in the UK. Has the Mayor considered this recommendation in his review of the Trident Matrix and how will he use the findings in the report to address BAME disproportionality in the Criminal Justice System in London?
