Are you aware that at, the Barnet Council meeting on 30 October 2018, ( https://barnet.moderngov.co.uk/documents/b31273/Questions%20to%20the%20…) the leader of the Council was asked: "Will the Leader guarantee that a separate food waste collection will be restored in Barnet?" and, in answer, he said "No." What is your response to this, given your policy requiring all London waste collection authorities to provide such a service to all kerbside properties, as a minimum, by 2020 at the latest?

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines, Air pollution: outdoor air quality and health, published in June 2017, recommends: "minimising the exposure of vulnerable groups to air pollution by not siting buildings (such as schools, nurseries and care homes) in areas where pollution levels will be high." What measures in your new London Plan will protect all these vulnerable groups?

For average aviation noise exposure, the recently published World Health Organisation (WHO) report, Environmental Noise Guidelines for the European Region, strongly recommends: "reducing noise levels produced by aircraft below 45 dB Lden, as aircraft noise above this level is associated with adverse health effects." Your London Environment Strategy refers to aviation noise contours in excess of 55dB, but will you include the new WHO guideline limits in your legal case against a third runway at Heathrow?

On 23 October 2018 at 9.40 am, you tweeted: "I'm the first Mayor of London with a dedicated programme to get new council homes built. A constituent has raised the anomaly within the Oyster-Contactless system whereby journeys between Stratford International and St Pancras (on Southeastern) are not included in a daily cap due to it being regarded as a 'premium' service by Southeastern. What steps will you take to press for this journey to be included within the daily cap, given that Southeastern has, to date, not been prepared to accept the reduction in its revenue that would result from allowing caps to apply and accepting Travelcards?
