In October, in response to a question on emergency response times, you told me: “The MPS’ primary focus is on responding to emergency calls, I Grade or Immediate Grade calls, within 15 minutes. These calls are those in which Londoners need urgent help. The latest data shows that the MPS has achieved this in 86% of responses. Both I, and the Commissioner, want this to be even higher”. MOPAC’s latest quarterly performance report notes that it has decreased by 2 per cent from the last quarter. Why is this and what is your response?
