In response to an FOI request, TfL have refused to provide the legal advice they have received in response to the David Coppel QC’s opinion that the Garden Bridge Trust breached its legal duties on the basis that they intend to publish it anyway ‘in Spring 2019’. Given the significant public interest in this information will you instruct TfL to publish this legal opinion immediately, rather than delaying its publication?
