Do Metropolitan Police Service procedures, training or officer guidelines for the deployment of stop and search following an incident of violent crime ask police officers to attempt to engage with or obtain information from members of the public before searching them using the GOWISELY mnemonic steps? Are these guidelines different when a section 60 order is in place?

Islington Council launched Angelic Energy, a 'white label' energy supply company for Londoners in 2017, buying energy from Robin Hood Energy Ltd. Barking and Dagenham Council recently launched Beam Energy, an equivalent company partnered with the same energy supplier. Are you aware of other London boroughs expressing an interest to you or your officers in setting up ‘white label’ or ‘fully licensed’ energy supply companies?
