In your response to MQT 2018/3429 you state that you “consider the TfL Board Report [of 24 July 2018] to be an adequate explanation, and do not intend to launch a further investigation.” Taking your decision into account and your failure to answer MQT https://www.london.gov.uk/questions/2019/0464 and part 4 of my MQT 2018/2658 https://www.london.gov.uk/questions/2018/2658, please provide me with copies of all documentation, notes, drafts, internal emails etc. associated with the publication of the 24 July Board Briefing Note on Human Error.

Vision Zero and Reporting Deaths which occur 30 Days after Bus Safety Incidents

In your response to MQT 2018/5172, you state that TfL follows DfT STATS19 guidelines which means "deaths which occur after 30 days following a road traffic incident" are not reported by TfL. In the interests of understanding the causes of road fatalities as part of your Vision Zero programme, will you instruct TfL to research and publish how many deaths have occurred after 30 days as a result of Bus Safety incidents since you became Mayor?

Changes to Bus Safety Data Presentation in TfL HSE Reports

In your response to Question 2019/0151 you state that TfL is no longer displaying Bus Collision Data - a trend line which shows a steady increase since 2014 – in its Health & Safety Reports because it is instead displaying "injuries from collisions by million miles operated" which shows precisely the opposite trend. Working Time Directive

As you know, TfL Bus Drivers can choose to opt out of the 'Working Time Directive' which restricts working hours to 48 hours per week. Do you know how many or what percentage of bus drivers working for TfL's Bus Contractors have decided to 'opt out' of the 'Working Time Directive'?

In a recent Evening Standard Report about the 71 pedestrians who've been hit by TfL Buses in Zebra Crossings since 2016 - https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/new-road-safety-fears-after-71-p…- TfL's Director of Bus Operations is quoted stating: “We are taking every action possible to reduce the unacceptably high number of people killed or seriously injured on our streets." Are (a) "increasing transparency about Bus Contractor Performance"; (b) "improving the public's access to BusCo MDs who you have said are are 'ultimately accountable' for safety" and (c) "holding TfL contract managers to account for bus safety performance" included in these 'every possible' action[s]?

Given your commitment to protect green space in London, do you have concerns regarding Redbridge Council’s plans to build on green space at Brocket Way and Woodman Road?
