Response to the Independent Culture Review (2)
Can you provide a breakdown by month of the number of senior officers that have taken part in Inclusive Leadership training between January 2023 – January 2024?
Answer
London Fire Brigade (LFB) does not hold the data required to provide a month-by-month breakdown. Immediately following the Independent Culture Review, LFB introduced Inclusive Leadership training which has been attended by approximately 130 staff across the organisation in leadership positions. This included LFB’s Top Management Group (Directors and their direct reports) as well as staff from LFB’s Human Resources and Communications Departments. Leads from Equality Support Groups and officials from representative bodies, such as trade unions, also attended the training. The programme was completed in March 2023.
