Pre-Budget Report 2012

Each year the London Assembly publishes a pre-budget report which aims to influence how the Mayor spends his £15bn annual budget. The budget covers spending on police and fire services in the capital as well as Transport for London, the Olympic Park and funding for affordable housing.

Our report is presented below - split into four main areas - together with our ideas about how the Mayor can make the most of the money he has available.

You can read the Mayor's draft budget proposals here.

Transport

Transport for London is responsible for most areas of transport in the capital including the Tube, bus services, taxis and main roads.
