The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) was established in 2012 to manage the physical legacy of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Along with managing Olympic Park venues, including the London Stadium, it is responsible for developing the Park as a community where people live and work.

The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is the development agency for the regeneration of a large site spanning the London Boroughs of Hammersmith and Fulham, Brent, and Ealing.

Launched in 2015, it aims to capitalise on the HS2 and Elizabeth line investments in the area to create a new community in North West London.

What does the future hold for the LLDC and OPDC? Are they delivering for Londoners?

Tomorrow, at an all-Assembly meeting, London Assembly Members will consider the current performance and future challenges for the LLDC and the OPDC. The guests are:

Panel one:

  • Lord Hendy of Richmond Hill CBE, Chair of the LLDC
  • Lyn Garner, Chief Executive, LLDC

Panel two:

  • Liz Peace CBE, Chair of the OPDC
  • David Lunts, Chief Executive, OPDC

Following the discussion, London Assembly Members will debate these motions.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 16 March 2023 from 10am in the Chamber at City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, E16 1ZE.

Media and members of the public are invited to attend.

The meeting can also be viewed LIVE or later via webcast or YouTube.
