Summary of request
Writing for further info in relation to "State of London Debate" held at indigo2 on 12th June 2025.
The ticketing to attend in person I believe was handled by Eventbrite.
It appears from social media reports, that many of those who applied were not actually issued tickets.
Clearly it is worrying if the public are excluded from public meeting, and so this matter must be addressed.
I note there is another Question Time coming in September, and so this pattern should not repeat itself.
Can you confirm
(1) How many applications were received (think only one per person) by eventbrite
(2) How many audience attended on the night (think attendees had to register at the door)
(3) How many other people attended who did not gain access via Eventbrite (guests, labour party members, etc)
(4) Of those applications from eventbrite, how many were never issued?
(5) of those tickets never issued, what were the reasons? It seems many received no response whatsoever from Eventbrite.
