Can gender and ethnic diversity and ethnic combined with gender pay gap reporting be mandatory at all companies in London? Including all rail and bus companies?

Can training about d&i and also training on professional behaviour in workplaces be mandatory in all transport companies at all levels and business groups? Such as toxic culture (shouting, swearing, slamming doors, inappropriate behaviour and language) and making London workplaces safer and comfortable for women?

What right does the Mayor believe he has to sit in judgment of London's history, culture and heritage?  London is the capital of England and therefore reflects English history. If that isn't "diverse" enough for him then that's too bad, he should not be the Mayor of a historically English city.

    Question regarding aircraft noise:

Do you have any plans of putting in limitations for the helicopter flight duration over the living areas during the evenings?

The issue is that these helicopters hover over my house in Haringey (and from what I've seen from other complaints, a lot of other people's houses at other boroughs as well) for multiple hours making a really loud non-stop tiring noise. This is becoming more and more frequent occurrence to the point where it's now showing up almost every other day. I believe that people living under these frequent helicopter hover and flight paths deserve to have some quite time in the evening after a day of hard work. Instead we get 3 hours of helicopter buzzing sometimes lasting even up until midnight!

While I realize that a helicopter is useful tool for ensuring safety, I believe that increase in safety shouldn't come as a trade off in exchange for not being able to relax at your own home. For this reason, I think that helicopter hovering time over a single area should be regulated and limited to shorter durations than what we get now as a compromise between safety and high noise pollution.

YES! PLEASE answer this question! WFH is so difficult when I need to record voiceovers and have to keep on re-recording because of helicopter noises. These helicopters just hover for ages!

    Question about Londoners' Health:

There are over 1,800 community pharmacies in London and this year we have provided over 200,000 flu vaccines to Londoners. In the first COVID-19 wave community pharmacists reminded open and we will remain open for the second wave.

How can you, as Mayor of London help build the infrastructure for community pharmacists to become "NHS Walk-in-Centres" for Londoners?

Where they are able to access health services:

    1) Mental Health

    2) Lung Health

    3) Cancer Awareness

    4) Cardiovascular Health

    5) Weight management

    6) Substance misuse services

We need the same approach for the above services that we have for flu vaccination, so that it doesn't matter whether you live in Bromley, Barnet or Barking, Londoners have equity of service across the capital.

Happy to discuss how to make it happen and the blueprint, written with NHSE London Region can be found on https://psnc.org.uk/pharmacylondon/london-community-pharmacy-our-offer-…

    1)    Acute Care development of a community pharmacist practitioner service via the Community Pharmacy Consultation Service working with general practice on GP-CPCS to include use of PGDs, IPs and physical assessment skills and integrated with NHS 111 and Out of Hours (OOH) providers.

    2)    Planned Care of Long Term Conditions for our EPS nominated patients in conjunction with PCNs to reduce inequalities within healthcare systems. Including discharge from hospitals and the building of business to business relationships between acute trusts and community pharmacy.

Royal Brompton Hospital received the prestigious platinum award in 2019. This certification is the highest distinction with Royal Brompton Hospital being the only commissioned centre in England to achieve it.
Royal Brompton’s ECMO service, one of only five ECMO centres for adult severe acute respiratory failure (SARF) in England, also provides paediatric care and both were recognised as outstanding.

The Royal Brompton Hospital is having its vital services cut & removed in the name of an acquisition; along with its historic buildings and important facilities sold off bit by bit.  As you know, the slow premeditated closure of the Royal Brompton not only adversely affects patients, staff, residents and the wider community but also the Royal Marsden, Institute of Cancer Research and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital are all co-dependent and rely on the Royal Brompton.

There is local fear in RBKC the mayoral office is helping facilitate the closure of a world renown hospital.

If RBKC Council refuses change of use from medical use buildings to private development, will you be overruling them?

Tesco's Colney hatch.. There is now a socially distanced queue to stand at front end of cashiers aisle as it is only possible position to stand to stay socially distanced from cashier. And there is quite often a nuisance standing in middle,. who isn't socially distanced at all. Then you have to go right to the other end of cashiers aisle to stay socially distanced in order to pay the money.
My question is what are your supermarket inspectors doing?

As everyone knows, mental health has had a massive spike during this lockdown period, whether thats people suffering from depression, anxiety and/or extreme levels on stress. All of these things have led to people taking their own lives, heavy drug abuse and social isolation. I'm speaking about the whole of Southwark not just the young residents as it's a much wider demographic of people that have been impacted by this pandemic.

So, my question is this. What action will the Mayor be taking for a smooth transition back to everyday life upon our comeback from Covid-19?
