What are the Mayor and Transport for London’s (TfL’s) proposals for devolving National Rail services, and what is the strategy for persuading the government?

The London Assembly Transport Committee will meet tomorrow to explore issues of rail devolution. The guests are:

The second part of the meeting will focus on the Transport Committee’s work on the taxi and private hire industry.
