On Monday, London hit the milestone of administering 1 million COVID-19 vaccinations.
Up until 1st February 2021, 975,127 Londoners have received their first COVID-19 vaccine while 60,378 Londoners have also received a second jab. [1]
With a population of nearly 9 million people, what’s next for the capital in the Government’s vaccination roll out programme?

- Dr Tom Coffey, Mayoral Health Advisor
- Martin Machray, Joint Regional Chief Nurse and COVID-19 Incident Director, NHS England (London)
- Dr Helene Brown, Medical Director for System Improvement, NHS England (London)
Following the discussion, London Assembly Members will debate these motions.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, 4 February 2021 from 10am. In line with Government advice, this meeting will take place virtually.
