The passenger view on transport changes

Crossrail train
Created on

What concerns passengers about London’s rail and transport transformation?

  • There are a number of changes to rail which could change the use of the rail network going forward. These include the Williams-Shapps’ Plan.
  • The COVID-19 pandemic may alter Londoners’ living and commuting patterns, including ticketing, fare and zone structures.
